These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products and services provided by QuickFit Shelving Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Payments

All payments must be made in full prior to dispatch or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or any other method approved by QuickFit Shelving Ltd. Title to goods remains with QuickFit Shelving Ltd until payment has been received in full.

2. Delivery & Damages

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Customers are required to inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to QuickFit Shelving Ltd in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are delivered.

3. Collection Orders

Customers who choose to collect goods from our premises must ensure collection is made at the agreed date and time. Orders will only be prepared and released after full payment has been received and cleared. QuickFit Shelving Ltd accepts no liability for delays in collection once goods are ready.

4. Warranty

QuickFit Shelving Ltd provides a parts-only warranty on electrical goods for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only and does not include labour, call-out charges, or consequential losses.

The warranty does not apply where:

• Goods have been misused, modified, or improperly installed.
• Repairs or alterations have been carried out by anyone other than QuickFit Shelving Ltd or its authorised representatives.

Non-electrical goods are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, where applicable.

5. Returns

Returns are subject to QuickFit Shelving Ltd’s Goods Return Policy (available separately).

6. Liability

QuickFit Shelving Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its products. Our liability shall be limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the goods supplied, at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
