Goods Return Policy

QuickFit Shelving Ltd

At QuickFit Shelving Ltd, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, our returns policy is outlined below:

1. Returns Eligibility

Goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unpacked, unused, and in a resaleable condition. All returns must be authorised in advance by contacting our Customer Service team.

2. Restocking Charge

A 20% restocking charge will apply to all returned goods. This charge covers inspection, repackaging, and administration costs.

3. Condition of Goods

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition, free from damage or wear.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).

Goods that have been assembled, modified, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

4. Return Process

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a fault with the product. Once the goods are received and inspected, the refund (minus the restocking charge) will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items (unless faulty).
  • Goods returned outside of the 14-day window.
